After five wasted days of kneeling to the forces of trash TV, I am in need of not only a hot shower and a blunt, but a mentally stimulating conversation among like-minded adults. Unfortunately for me, the act of binge watching typically frees me in the wee hours of the morning, inconsiderate of appropriate just-calling-to-see-how-you-doing hours. Luckily, there's a solution-- podcasts. While there are podcasts popping up left-and-right worthy of honorable mentions, here are three of my favs: Crissle and Kid Fury host 'The Read' podcast on Loud Speakers Network, where they give their hilarious take on celebrity news, with an added bonus of advice that will undoubtedly coax you into finally leaving your no good boyfriend after 20 years of betrayal and belligerence.
